Lesson no. 1: Honesty is the best policy.
Lesson no. 2: Sincerity does count!
Lesson no. 3: DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever ever mention 'oh, I'm new in this field' @ 'saya ni baru je lagi jadik kak/mak/pak andam ni'.
Lesson no. 4: Yela, customer always right kan..

Today I received a few wisdom words from a wedding photographer. Katanye:-

Colours to say NO:
-Navy Blue
-Gold
-Maroon
-Red Roses

Colours to say absolutely YES:
-Fuchsia
-White
-Silver
-Shades of Pink
-Shades of Purple
-Shades of Green
-Shades of Yellow

The NOs tu for the reason kurangla canteknye dalam gambar. Tu katanye dia. Wallahualam..Tapi tak tau la kan..kadang bukan leh caya sangat pun. perhaps tak cantik dalam gambar sebab derang tak pandai amek ke..tak pandai main lighting ke kan..

All in conclusion: I need to keep myself altogether and stick with my choice for another 11 months and 1 day. Boleh ke???

Theme Color

Kepeningan melanda diri. When my Mom dah suruh2 confirm theme apa as selection, aku jadik blurrr...Mak aku nak prepare awal2, nanti senang. Tapi isn't it too early? I mean ade about 10 months camtula tolak fasting month and raya...Awal tak? Aku tak pernah kawin lagi, adik-beradik pun tade yang dah kawin so agak blur la bab budget timing ni.

Theme ni satu hal lagi. Dalam kepala otak aku ada color Lavender+Plum je untuk nikah tapi lepas tengok Perfect Palette rase cam Fuschia+Gold tu menawan la plak.. Oh kepeningan..Theme sanding lagi? Kalau boleh nak pakai 2 different theme lagipun buat 2 hari kan.

See...tidakkah ia cantik dan menawan? Bayangkan dibuat malam2 hari..perghhh!

Bab baju plak, rase cam nak pakai songket either nikah or sanding. Tapi sanding cam nak pakai lace, nikah plak nak pakai chiffon. Camne ni? Tunang ritu kalau pakai songket pun takpe kan? Huhuhu..

Sesungguhnya wedding ni buat aku pening kepala disamping kopak bank jugak.

The pop-up question
I remember I always told my fiance (bf at that time) before he departed to Riyadh, "when you come back, bring me my wedding ring" as sung by the song Leaving on the Jetplane. It's not that nak sembelih dia, but he always use the reason "I pergi ni sebab nak cari duit nak kawen ngan U" for leaving me here all alone.

And so when he came back for the very first time, tup tup he pop up the question right after I fetch him at KLIA. Can't hardly remember the date...5th July 2008, I guess..

Akibat kegatalan kepala otak ku, bukannya nak accept on the dot. Nak fikir dulula konon. The following week later, I decided to accept the proposal. It was 12th July 2008. I still remember the happy look on his face..:)

And so, tanpa melengahkan masa since he had to depart to Riyadh again, on 13th July the entourage came for Merisik. Orang kata bawak cincin je, tapi pakcik nk bawak berdulang2 jugak. And so berteraburla I went to find whatever I can to balas the dulang. Coincidently theme both pihak masa tu tercolor purple plak...I remember at that time I was wearing T-shirt and jeans only. Selamber badak jer..

Engagement
Later followed by engagement la pulak on 11th October 2008. Insyaallah wedding tu 2010 if tade halangan, ada rezeki, panjang umur, ada jodoh. Amiiin banyak punye panjang...

Kat uni plak jual nasik lemak, dadih, air buah+nasik ayam+kuih peilta kat pasar juadah..sape ingat sile angkat tangan! Direct selling je tak pernah buat lagi..
7) Nak garden wedding cam Erra Fazira, pelamin cam Siti Nurhaliza, hantarans cam cucu Sultan Pahang yang kawen baru ni nama ape ntah, baju cam Mawi-Ekin..hahaha
8) Nilai2 tak berapa murni: Clumsy, careless, selfish (most of the time), ugly (ade jerawat besar ko..), absolutely tak pandai masak at all!
9) Nilai2 murni: Saya sayang orang2 yang sayang saya..(giler selfish kan?)
10) I just want to live a happy life, berderhana je..not too high, not too low..sedap2 mata memandang je (ni betul2 tak tipoooo..) And I want to grow old with you..

Ya..kunjungan muhibbah bakal in-laws tadi buat butterfly dalam stomach ku ini menari tetibe. Oh, dah nak kawin rupenye anak sulung Pak Sheikh ni ek..dah terasa dah berdebar ni...
Mampu ke aku nak jalankan tanggungjawab as a wife pasni? Errr..dah cukup matang ke?
Pada masa dan ketika ini, kegatalan tahap beruk mat yeh melanda diri ini..

It's been a while since..

Assalammualaikum w.b.t

It's been really long since my last post. Here are the latest updates:

1. Attended June & Ayo's Kemuncak Cinta at Bandar Sri Jempol, N.9 on 30th May '09. As I had expected, bumped into them. I guess the decision to drag my brother along was absolutely perfect! On top of that, got the chance to meet fellow friends. Our last met was during my engagement. Oh thanks guys for coming on that day.

2. Attended Nur Hanna Yasmin's cukur jambul on the very same day. Penat siot!
3. Attended Akmal's engagement at Semenyih on 06.06.09. Also my very first time ever had a breakfast at KFC. Suke la breakfast dia. Prefer it more than McD's. Plus makan at McD cam makan darah Palestinian je.

4. Had a family day at Ampang Superbowl, Ampang Point and langsung tak best at all! Pasni rundingan meja bulat dah sebulat suara nak main kat Flamingo Hotel jer. Planned for a family vacation, but got nowhere to go. Planned to spend the holiday in country rather than overseas since Tok's condition didn't allow us to go anywhere further than Gelang Patah or Rantau Panjang. So we spend the holiday with activities such as bowling, karaoke, shopping, movie, so on and so forth. Kesian kan?
5. Had sushi for lunch yesterday (at last!!!)
6. Went for the movie Terminator Salvation last night. I'd say 4 out of 5 stars.

7. Meet Dr. Jo this evening utk membalas budi...

8. Work wise: Alhamdulillah...

9. Hidupku sudah terkejar2 ke sana sini kembali. Sukeee!

10. No matter how busy I am, can't get myself off missing you..hukhukhuk

Today is Tuesday

Slack pants ku dah muat kembali!
Hati ku suka sekali
I had lost 2kg :)
